Returns and refunds
We are happy to accept returns on purchases made online within 14 days of your original purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original tags still attached.
To complete your return, we need your name and online order number.
If you chose to place your order by phone, we will need your name and phone number as we will need to process the refund manually and contact you for this purpose.
Once your return is received, the items will be inspected and, if approved, your refund will be processed promptly. We strive to process refunds by close of business the next business day after receipt and a credit will automatically be applied using the original payment method. We pride ourselves on issuing refunds very quickly, but it takes 5-7 business days after receiving an email notification that the refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. Unfortunately, this delay is beyond our control, but experience has shown that funds are released almost immediately in most cases.

If you would prefer to choose another item, please return your original purchase for a refund and order the replacement items in a separate order on our website. This is easier for us and since we do not have large quantities of each item, it means you will have a better chance of being able to choose the item you want.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
